A stone's throw from St Peters Square and surrounded by many of the city's favourite hotspots, Impossible offers the choice of its classic bottomless brunch or its sunset brunch. From 6pm onwards Impossible transforms for its sunset session, with live music from its DJ and a party atmosphere taking you into the evening.
